Position Overview:
The Senior/Principal Software Engineer leads the design and development of complex software systems and serves as a technical authority within the Navico Group PD&E division. This role involves driving architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. The Senior Engineer is expected to lead by example, fostering innovation and quality through best practices, code reviews, and strategic planning. With deep expertise in system design and implementation, this role is pivotal in shaping the technical direction of projects and elevating team performance.
