The HR Business Partner (HRBP) job family represents strategic advisors who partner with business leaders to align people and organizational strategies with enterprise priorities. Members of this job family operate as consultants and integrators, collaborating with business leaders and across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive workforce effectiveness, enable organizational agility, and strengthen leadership capability. HRBPs are trusted advisors who use business acumen, data-driven insights, and change leadership to influence decisions that advance business performance, and resilience.

Your Impact:

The Senior HR Business Partner acts as a strategic consultant to senior leaders, shaping and executing integrated people and organizational strategies that drive business outcomes. This role applies business acumen, systems thinking, and change leadership to align talent, structure, and culture with enterprise priorities. The Senior HRBP operates with high autonomy and judgment, making strategic decisions that impact divisional workforce design, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness. They own divisional-level people and organizational risk considerations, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, business consulting, or related strategic roles.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align talent strategy with business outcomes

  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Proven expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.

  • Advanced consulting, facilitation, and communication skills with executive presence.

  • Ability to lead through ambiguity, influence without authority, and drive enterprise alignment.

  • Proven ability to apply an enterprise mindset to divisional challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

  • Demonstrates integrity and sound judgment in advising leaders, with advanced adaptability and innovation skills to anticipate business and workforce needs.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $106,000 - $158,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
