Member of Technical Staff - II, Technical Support

Role Summary

Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage wit Internal and External Stakeholder for SLA/KPI signoff , Technical new requirement assessment , customer interaction on technical escalation
• Meet short- and long-term business goals
• Work with SME to identify Customer problem areas
• Engage in Day-to-Day Customer meeting for their technical requirement

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent Analytical skill
• At least 5 Years of Telecom experience preferred with Value added product understanding
• Have experience on messaging will be preferred
• Worked as solution architect
• Exposure of Linux Operating system
• Should have experience with overseeing the implementation of telecommunications solutions that meet both business and technical requirements of Telecom Operator
