As a CARE Team Leader, you’ll ensure the team delivers on our goal to show genuine care for our field partner and consumers through the work that we do within the Life Insurance and Disability vertical. Your team is highly motivated and empowered to take ownership and accountability for each interaction by proactively seeking to understand the individuals behind the work, keep our field partners and consumers informed during every step of their request, demonstrate genuine care, and actively engage with our field partners to create meaningful and unexpected experiences. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week onsite at in either Bethlehem, PA or Pittsfield, MA.
Salary Range:
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
