We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Workforce Planning Data Analytics Lead to design, build and optimize workforce planning solutions for Raytheon Engineering. This role combines data analysis, process automation and business intelligence to drive strategic workforce decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in workforce planning and advanced skills in Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
This position is remote based at any RTX office within the continental United States.
What You Will Do
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for optimization.
Design and implement dashboards and reports using Power BI to support leadership decision-making.
Build and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
Develop custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline workforce processes.
Manage and enhance SharePoint sites for collaboration, data storage and workflow integration.
Partner with HR, Finance, and Engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across workforce planning systems.
Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
Continuously improve tools, processes, and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
Experience in workforce planning, capacity planning or workforce analytics.
Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development), Power Automate (workflow automation), Power Apps (app development.), SharePoint (site management and integration).
Experience working with large datasets and data visualization.
Experience using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

Qualifications We Prefer
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience in process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of data governance and data architecture principles.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
