Let’s talk about you
CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non‑financial stakeholders
Ability to interpret analytical outputs and understand their business impact
Proven experience in performance reporting and insights, with the ability to turn financial data and metrics into clear, strategic actions
Advanced Excel skills
Innovative thinker who can challenge existing processes
Self‑motivated and able to work independently
Telco industry experience (highly regarded)
How will you support our “Why?”
Lead the group business performance reporting cycle
Consolidate financial results across business segments for executive and board reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Oversee and manage corporate cost centres, driving efficiencies and accountability
Translate financial and operational results into strategic priorities and identify drivers, trends, risks and opportunities
Drive standardisation and automation of performance reporting processes
Work with Senior leadership to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement
Ad hoc business analysis / reporting as requested
Support the development of investor materials for key events, including financial results and investor days, providing clear financial analysis and externally focused performance insights
Contribute to ongoing investor relations activity by tracking market consensus and investor feedback
