What you'll do

• You will report to the Portal UX Leader
• You will act as a trusted technical partner to internal teams across the organisation
• You will understand business and technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• You will support the configuration, implementation and optimisation of internal tools and platforms
• You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance and solutions
• You will create and maintain internal documentation, guides and best practices
• You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Enablement and Operations
• You will identify gaps, inefficiencies or recurring issues and suggest improvements
• You will stay up to date with training on new products, software, hardware and processes

• South African Citizen
• CV & Cover Letter
• A COMPLETED 3-year Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with software platforms, tools or systems
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments

Preferred

• Experience with SaaS platforms, internal tools or enterprise systems
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations and data flows
• Experience creating internal documentation or enablement materials
• Understanding of Agile and iterative delivery models
