Meet the team:

The IT Network & Systems Services team is a global organization that supports the company’s critical infrastructure with a security-first and automation-first mindset. The team partners across the business to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems that enable employees and services to operate effectively. We are actively involved in projects that improve our infrastructure capabilities and services, while setting the standards and best practices for how these platforms are built, maintained, and operated.

Where you come in:

  • You design, implement, and maintain advanced systems infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and Windows and Linux environments.
  • You manage complex systems projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • You develop and enforce systems policies, procedures, and standards to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • You monitor systems performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maintain high availability.
  • You collaborate with other IT teams and departments to support business initiatives and infrastructure projects.
  • You provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior systems engineers.
  • You stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to systems and infrastructure.
  • You ensure systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • You develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • You provide technical expertise and support for system-related incidents and escalations.
  • You perform other relevant tasks and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

What makes you successful:

  • You bring strong experience designing and managing large-scale systems infrastructure.
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • You have experience supporting enterprise environments across Windows and Linux operating systems and services.
  • Your knowledge includes virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  • Your experience includes enterprise storage platforms such as Dell PowerStore, PowerMAX, and NetApp.
  • You bring hands-on experience supporting compute infrastructure including Dell blade and rack-mount servers.
  • Your expertise includes backup and recovery technologies such as Rubrik.
  • You have proficiency in scripting or systems-related programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Your leadership and collaboration skills allow you to guide junior engineers and work effectively across teams.
  • Your problem-solving and analytical skills help you manage complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Your strong communication and interpersonal skills support collaboration in a fast-paced, global environment.

Nice to have:

  • Your certifications may include MCSE, VCP, or other relevant infrastructure and systems certifications.

Experience and Education:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
