We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.

About the role

We're building something a little different here.

Most recruiting jobs want someone who's already been a recruiter. This one is specifically designed for people who haven't - but have done something else really well and are ready to make a move. Think: sales, ops, account management, consulting. You've spent a couple years getting good at talking to people, staying organized under pressure, and figuring out what makes something (or someone) a good fit. Now you want to bring that into a career that sits at the intersection of people and technology.

That's exactly who this role is for.

This program is designed to give you a real foundation in recruiting (not just "source resumes all day") so you can grow into a full-cycle recruiter who knows this industry inside and out. Part of that is learning how to actually use AI tools in your day-to-day work. Recruiting has changed, and we'll teach you how to use tools like Claude and ChatGPT to write better outreach, move faster, and spend less time on the low-value stuff - so you can focus on the parts that require a real human: the conversations, the relationships, the judgment calls. If you're curious about where recruiting is headed and want to learn it the right way from the start, that's a big part of what this program offers.

If you've been looking for the right door into tech recruiting, this is it.

Applications close March 31, 2026.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Work alongside our senior recruiters to help us find and hire the people building the future of autonomous systems and AI
  • Learn how to source and reach out to candidates in ways that don't feel like spam (harder than it sounds, genuinely a skill)
  • Conduct phone screens and get good at quickly understanding both what a candidate brings and what they're looking for
  • Own the candidate experience end-to-end - because how someone feels about their interview process matters, even if we don't make an offer
  • Get hands-on with tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, Juicebox, and other industry-standard tools
  • Jump into recruiting ops work - university programs, talent branding events, whatever the team needs
  • Become an industry expert on the latest technologies and best practices in applying artificial intelligence to recruiting and HR

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2 - 3 years of work experience in a role where you had to communicate clearly, move fast, and keep a lot of balls in the air
  • You're a people person, but not in a superficial way - you actually listen, you build trust quickly, and you follow through
  • You're not scared of learning new tools and you pick things up fast
  • You want to be in tech - specifically the autonomy and AI space - and you're ready to put in the work to get there

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and a can-do attitude
  • Exposure to the automotive, robotics, or aerospace industries
