About the Role
In this role, you will support end-to-end recruitment across multiple countries in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in sourcing talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while promoting the HARMAN Employer Brand in Europe.
What You Will Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple HARMAN locations across Europe.
- Write and post job ads on relevant platforms, proactively source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Research talent pools and build candidate pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs.
- Pro-actively identify qualified candidates through multiple sources, including employee referrals, social networking sites, alumni, internal transfers, networking, etc.
- Manage candidate records and workflows using Workday and Avature ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate fit and interest as well as coordinate interviews across departments and time zones.
- Provide regular updates to Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, TA leaders and other stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and implement plans for sourcing and support with recruiting strategies.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Participate in recruiting projects as needed.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in corporate environment.
- Experience with internship and early career hiring.
- Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System (Workday, Avature etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience or knowledge of employment practices in EU.
