JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive continuous improvement in HR processes, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance employee experience across the Leioa site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze HR data to support decision-making, identify trends, and anticipate risks or opportunities.
Lead and support initiatives to improve HR processes through optimization, digitalization, and standardization.
Administer and manage HRMS systems, ensuring accurate data, smooth processes, and system improvements.
Leverage AI tools, databases, and digital solutions to enhance HR analytics, recruitment efficiency, and process automation.
Implement initiatives to improve workplace climate and reduce absenteeism.
Coordinate recruitment and selection for factory profiles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Provide support in Labor Relations, including documentation management, case tracking, and communications.
Offer direct support to the HR Director on operational and strategic HR topics.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience of 5+ years in HR roles (HR Specialist, HR Generalist, HR Administration, or similar).
University Degree (Psychology, Business Administration, Law, HR or similar)
Strong analytical mindset and solid experience working with HR data, metrics, and databases.
Strongly results oriented, ensuring effective and timely deployment of HR projects.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced level of English (minimum B2 level)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of AI tools applied to HR, dashboards, and HR data visualization.
Experience leading or contributing to HR improvement or digitalization projects.
Familiarity with HRIS integrations or automated digital workflows.

Work location: On-site, Leioa (Bizkaia).
