The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing the end‑to‑end recruiting process to identify, attract, and hire high‑quality talent across the United States and Canada. This role owns all stages of the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian provincial employment standards.

$90,000 - $120,278 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)
$93,000 -$120,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)
