JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Recruiter to support hiring for our operations facility. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly operations roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The recruiter will serve as the primary recruiting partner for the facility and will be responsible for maintaining candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, and has hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS.

CORE JOB DUTIES 

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly operations roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring for facility operations positions.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and onsite teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and manage recruiting workflows within Greenhouse ATS.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain documentation to support hiring reporting and compliance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS  

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Experience recruiting for operations, manufacturing, warehouse, or production roles preferred.
  • Required: Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS and strong familiarity managing recruiting workflows within the platform.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working independently and owning recruiting responsibilities for a facility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Microsoft Teams.

 

In accordance with any local and state compensation laws, the compensation listed is the current estimated range for the position. Final offer details and future compensation may be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to, geographic location, market compensation data, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Pay Range
$25$25 USD
