WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate – Global Talent Hub to drive recruitment delivery across Product Development (PD) and Business Services on a global scale. This role is critical to supporting our growth and scalability agenda by providing flexible, high‑impact recruitment support across regions and business units.
As part of our Global Talent Hub, you will operate as a versatile recruitment partner — you will work across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, where your primary responsibilities will be focused on driving sourcing, pipelining, and phone screening for PD and Business Services TA team, with periodic ownership in end‑to‑end recruitment for junior positions. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business stakeholders to ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be embedded in a high‑performing global team designed to accelerate hiring, improve efficiency, and provide scalable recruitment solutions where capacity or volume fluctuates.
This role offers a unique opportunity to broaden your exposure across functions, seniority levels, and markets, while working in a Hub model that operates with an agency‑like mindset — proactively identifying, qualifying, and sharing talent with the wider TA organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Provide PD and Business Services TA team with recruitment support across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, as part of the Global Talent Hub, including sourcing, pipelining, phone screening, and talent mapping, while collaborating with other Talent Acquisition Partners who retain overall process ownership.
Source and pipeline talent, applying advanced direct sourcing techniques and market research to identify high‑impact candidates across global talent markets.
Conduct in‑depth market research and talent intelligence, building sustainable pipelines for current and future hiring needs within Product Development and Business Services.
Drive proactive sourcing strategies using personal networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment tools, and market insights to attract and engage highly skilled professionals.
Operate with an agency mindset, proactively identifying and sharing qualified candidate profiles with other recruiters and teams — increasing speed, quality, and flexibility of hiring delivery across the organization.
Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to stakeholders — supporting hiring needs, shaping sourcing strategies, advising on talent availability, and ensuring a strong employer and candidate experience.
Contribute to global and regional Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, supporting innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the TA function.
WHAT WE VALUE

Previous background as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer or Talent Scout, with previous experience in sourcing, pipelining, and phone screening in a shared‑delivery model.
Strong experience recruiting for IT, Engineering or Data Analytics business units.
Deep understanding of APAC, EMEA, and the Americas talent markets.
Demonstrated leadership and senior‑level sourcing capability, including proactive identification of hard‑to‑find talent, executive research, and long‑term pipeline building.
Hands‑on market research and talent intelligence expertise, with the ability to map talent pools, assess availability, and advise recruiters and stakeholders on hiring feasibility and strategy.
Agency recruitment experience (in‑house or external) is highly valued — including the ability to work with an agency mindset, proactively sharing qualified candidate profiles and acting as a talent multiplier for other recruiters.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, influence hiring decisions, and provide market‑backed recommendations.
Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, flexible delivery model, shifting ownership of processes and supporting high‑volume or capacity‑constrained hiring needs.
Experience working with Workday is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (approximately 2 days per week on‑site).
