Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional (Senior Development experience having 10+ years of exp.) with strong expertise in CMDB and ITSM. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow applications, along with a solid background in Flow Orchestration, integrations, and Studio development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain CMDB and ITSM modules to support enterprise requirements.
Develop and implement Flow Orchestration for automation and process optimization.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and services.
Build, customize, and maintain applications using ServiceNow Studio.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience working with ServiceNow CMDB and ITSM modules (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Flow Orchestration and automation design.
Hands-on experience in third-party integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Proficiency with ServiceNow Studio for application development.
Good knowledge of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.
Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.
Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Exposure to ITIL processes.
