Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.

Support the execution and enablement of Southwest Business objectives and strategies through events, training, communication, and Customer insights.
Support the Southwest Business event vision, budget, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking while ensuring each experience aligns with strategy and furthers Customer engagement.
Enhance the Departments sales skills, product knowledge, and understanding of the market through training that enables the Team to adapt to and remain competitive in the ever-changing B2B Sales landscape.
Initiate and lead consistent efforts to develop tools, resources, and communications to enhance revenue performance and productivity both internally and across B2B Customer segment groups.
Build brand advocates both internally and externally by engaging the Department and Customers in events and programs to advance business objectives, loyalty, and engagement.
Serve as a sales enablement resource for the Sales Team throughout the selling cycle and manage projects when needed
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Pay & Benefits
Competitive market salary from $98,650 per year to $109,600.00 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
