Job Summary: You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the OPERATIONS AND TRAINING DIRECTORATE - AC/S, G3 of MARINE CORPS RECRUIT DEPOT.

Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for program management of the Marine Corps Recruit Training and military training for assigned personnel.
  • You will be responsible for serving as the primary source of continuity and expertise regarding planning, coordinating, conducting, evaluating, and administering Marine Corps policy and doctrine for training.
  • You will be responsible for managing the recruit training process that includes planning, curriculum development, execution, assessment, and feedback/refinement.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring effective workload distribution and utilization of personnel skills and abilities.
  • You will be responsible for performing supervisory duties including employee compliance, hiring, development, and performance management.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing a training program; leading an operational team in planning, evaluating, and administering Marine Corps Recruit Training or related Military Training; and developing, reviewing, and implementing policies for training military personnel or similar personnel.
