FP&A Senior Analyst, EEMEA
The FP&A Senior Analyst supports financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Services business. This role assists in revenue forecasting, prepares and analyzes financial reports, and contributes to business process improvements by utilizing financial tools and models. The analyst provides data analysis and feedback to finance business partners both regionally and globally. A solid understanding of revenue drivers and the ability to use historical data for short-term forecasting and long-term planning is essential.
Key Responsibilities
• Supports the revenue forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Prepares financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) and conducts variance analysis to highlight key business performance drivers.
• Assists in business process improvement initiatives by maintaining financial tools and performing analysis and modeling.
• Communicates findings and analysis to relevant stakeholders to support alignment and transparency.
• Contributes to business model maintenance for analyzing revenue and profitability trends (e.g., MIS, KPIs).
• Applies financial modeling skills and leverages automation and data-driven approaches as needed.
• Participates in change management and continuous improvement efforts within the team.
• Prepares clear presentations to communicate financial information to various audiences.
• Monitors market trends and internal performance metrics to help identify revenue opportunities and risks.
Experience & Skills
• Experience supporting a team of financial analysts and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to perform financial modeling and basic predictive analytics.
• Experience working in a diverse, multi-functional finance group.
• Exposure to revenue management and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with financial systems and applications (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle).
• Experience supporting process improvement activities and adopting best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve issues efficiently and adapt to changing business needs
