The Business Partner team consists of 5 people (you included) and is headed up By Senior Manager Karna Vejborg.

You will get a pivotal role in People & Culture
As Senior P&C Business Partner, you will act as the strategic link between P&C and the business. As a trusted advisor, you build strong relationships across the organization and within the P&C team. You identify challenges and provide effective solutions, advising executives to ensure P&C supports the company’s goals and helps leaders foster a high-engagement, high-performance culture.
You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement P&C strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
Overall, you will get a broad range of different, exciting strategic and operations tasks, and summed up you can look forward to:
Last but not least, you will also either lead or contribute to P&C projects across multiple of AGC Biologics’ sites globally and locally
Solid P&C track record and exquisite networking and communication skills
To be successful in your new role, you draw on your rock-solid experience from working as a P&C Business Partner, preferably in a large, international organization with a high degree of complexity.
You have documented experience navigating organizations operating under collective bargaining agreements and your strong interpersonal skills allow you to quickly build rapport at all organizational levels – especially also a production environment.
As a person you have a high level of integrity and professionalism and are not afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Your future colleagues can’t wait to get to know your humorous, informal and team-oriented personality as well as your honest and friendly communication style.
We are open to your educational background, but a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Labor Law or similar will be a clear advantage.
It goes without saying that you are fluent in English – both written and orally.
