Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
- Organize employee events and engagement initiatives.
- Address and resolve employee grievances promptly.
- Assist in performance management and training coordination.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Coordinate and support audits (ISO, Social Compliance, Customer Audits).
- Oversee general administration activities and maintain HR records.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and audit processes.
