Contract: 6 Months
Location: Warsaw, full time office job
Overview
The purpose of an internship is to provide real-world experience that enables the intern to put everything he/she learned into action. An internship can help the candidate gain skills that can be applied to future jobs. Intern will have the chance to learn valuable work skills and gain useful HR experience through the assigned tasks to him/ her.
Responsibilities
Learn and support EMEA Total Rewards Team with daily tasks related to compensation and benefits management.
Ensure properly updated database & relevant team documents.
Updating existing work instructions and benefits trackers.
Supports tracking & reporting in core Total Rewards processes.
Participate in EMEA Total Rewards Team meetings as well as meetings with our main business Stakeholders.
Supporting the team within core processes and tasks for the annual Total Rewards cycle (merit, budgeting, bonuses etc.).
Participate in various projects.
Experience you’ll bring:
Fresh graduate (0-1 years of experience in a similar field).
Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Strong Interpersonal/ Communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, good analytical skills.
Eager to learn and ready to be engaged team member in a high performing team.
Flexible and able to work within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
Fluent English (written, spoken, read), any other language would be the asset (French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch or Arabic)
