What can you expect in a “Senior HR Generalist” role with TaskUs:
The Senior HR Generalist will report to a Senior HR Manager or an HR Manager. As part of the People Operations team the Senior HR Generalist has two key functions HRBP and People Process Specialist. As HRBP the role supports 45 to 55 People Managers from team leaders to senior managers. As a People Process Specialist, working with peers in other geographies the Sr HR Generalist will champion one or more processes in the People Management Tool kit, providing standardization for continuous improvement, metrics, analytics and reporting.
As HRBP, works with People Managers to best use the people management tool kit and generate insights, helping them connect Business Capabilities, Culture, and Talent for
performance excellence
high engagement of individuals and teams
working cross functionally to build succession pipeline and develop talent
shrinkage and attrition management
Functional leadership of HR areas according to “double hat” strategy such as: Legal processes, People Analytics, Engagement and Recognition, PIP process, Talent Development and Succession Planning, OSHAS, Internal Communications, Change Management, Onboarding/Offboarding, Corrective Actions, Focus Group Strategy and CSR
Understands demands on People Managers and how they impact performance in different time horizons, varying degrees of task and process complexity to help them grow their leadership skills.
2. As HR Process Owner/Champion develops and maintains the assigned People Management Process, including process flow, policy, and performance indicators. Delivers process execution plans in building blocks of 18 months (6 quarters) including:
training of HR team
process and training materials for HR team to train people managers
connect with global process owners and peers leveraging TaskUS for best practice exchanges and alignment.
process reports, manage dashboards, and process Analytics
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in human resources roles such as HR Generalist, HR Process Specialist, HRBP.
Experience with HR processes such as Talent Growth, engagement and culture, performance management, Organizational Development, change management and or business transformation, coaching, rewards and recognition, People Analytics, cross functional team building and Employee Relations.
Business acumen and systemic view of organizations for understanding and contextualizing insights from KPIs, customer needs, and organizational factors.
Action oriented with a passion for execution excellence. Analytical skills to translate people data into actionable insights. Problem solving and interpersonal skills for case and process interventions.
Digital agility, with experience in agile methodologies, six sigma, or HRIS systems will be considered a plus.
Language skills: C1 level for English and Spanish
