About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Guidewire BillingCenter Software Engineers to support the delivery of upcoming large scale projects.

Role and Responsibilities
- Analyze and understand functional requirements related to Guidewire BillingCenter.
- Develop, configure and customize BillingCenter components using GOSU, Java and Guidewire Studio.
- Implement billing workflows, business rules, UI screens, payment plans, invoices, dunning processes and integrations.
- Build and maintain predefined and custom plugins, as well as Guidewire tools and accelerators.
- Participate in the integration of BillingCenter with other systems (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, external APIs, payment gateways, accounting systems).
- Participate in data migration activities, ensuring accurate mapping and data quality.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, debugging and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional analysts, QA, architects, DevOps) to ensure alignment on development tasks.
- Apply best practices in coding, documentation, version control and Guidewire development standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development methods and product quality.
- Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and BillingCenter best practices.
Qualifications and Experience
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands‑on experience with the Guidewire platform, specializing in BillingCenter development.
- Being ACE Certified in BillingCenter.
- Strong proficiency in GOSU, Java, Guidewire Studio, plugins, tools, and accelerators.
- Deep understanding of billing domain processes (invoicing, payments, delinquency, commissions, GL).
- Proven experience integrating BillingCenter with other systems across the InsuranceSuite.
- Knowledge of PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter interactions.
- Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and software quality assurance skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Degree in computer science or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Compensation (Ontario)
The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate based on factors such as experience, technical expertise, location, and relevant certifications. Final compensation will be determined according to the specific circumstances of each candidate.
Estimated salary range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
