Program Lead, Talent Management

About the role:

The Talent Management Program Lead plays an integral role in supporting efficiency across the Talent Management team by supporting the day-to-day operations and cross-functional needs of the Oscar's Talent Management program.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Talent Management.

Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $101,844 - $133,670 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management support for all Talent Management related workstreams
  • Regularly communicates with stakeholders to arrange meetings, confirm project schedules, and discuss any project risks
  • Manage the maintenance of the talent and performance management system, in partnership with the People Operations team
  • Deliver communications associated with all talent management processes
  • Responsible for oversight of Talent Management inbox
  • Responsible for creating, compiling, preparing and distributing educational content related to all Talent Management processes
  • Provide support in the areas of development, engagement, and culture for the People Programs team to ensure programs are comprehensive and operating in tandem with business needs and goals
  • Designs and develops analytics related to talent management programs including, but not limited to, company-wide Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Development Planning and associated surveys to gain insights and drive improvement across the talent management strategy
  • Maintain and evolve shared knowledge management sites (ie. Confluence, LMS)
  • Maintain a pulse on internal and external factors that impact talent management strategy and roll-out timelines
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4 years commensurate experience
  • 2+ years Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development in-house or via Consulting
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years experience with Workday
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and programming

Bonus points:

  • Experience in full G-Suite applications
  • HR experience in a tech and/or startup environment
  • Experience with interpreting talent data and statistics

  • Up to 10%

Pay Transparency:  Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
