Do you want to apply your skillset in the service operations area? Then join us as our new Senior Functional Consultant - responsible for Reverse logistics and Service Operations in D365FO.
As Senior Functional Consultant, your primary responsibility is to understand business requirements, convert them into functional design documents (FDD), talk to developers if extensions are needed or configure the design, and test the solution.
You will have to balance between running business of Enterprise and Gaming as well as ensuring a consistency in the architecture within the DTP(Digital Transformation Program), in our Hearing division, where we are moving from Navision to D365.
You will collaborate with our colleagues, who are all skilled within ERP and WMS, and are mainly physically located at our HQ in Denmark, including your direct manager.
The team you will be part of:
Based at our global HQ, located in Ballerup, Denmark you will join “Service and Warehouse Solutions” team – and report to Senior Manager Alexander Kyhl Schønberg.
You will join one of the two scrum teams and will be part of the scrum team that is focusing on Service Operations/SN2R (D365FO) where focus is on DTP – Digital Transformation Program, in our Hearing division, and on the ongoing enhancements in the Enterprise and Gaming divisions that are already operating in the D365FO solution.
As we are expanding the team with few other positions to meet the internal demands of our services, you will join a team currently consisting of 14 highly skilled functional colleagues.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Design, configure, test, deploy, and document Service Operations solutions in D365FO for Enterprise, Gaming and Hearing.
Ensure the solutions are continuously improved and optimized.
Deliver, advise users and colleagues on how to benefit from using D365FO functionality.
Define, refine and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with our Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features.
Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to the development team.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain relevant and innovative.
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you have:
A solid history of experience in the roles of architect or principal/senior functional consultant with D365FO or AX.
Past experience working within one or more of the supply chain modules of D365FO – especially Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Sales & Marketing or Master Planning
Experience in Agile frameworks - will be beneficial to possess.
Wish to take part in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment where progress is shared and problems are openly discussed.
Project-, and stakeholder management abilities.
A higher educational background within in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
Fluency in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
