Bupa Place, Salford Quays or Kirkstall Forge, Leeds – hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office

Permanent

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

£36,900 - £46,000 DOE

As a Business Planning Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our operational planning runs smoothly by delivering accurate forecasting and capacity models. Your work will help us make informed decisions that improve customer outcomes and support our teams across the UK.

How you’ll help us make health happen:

  • Lead capacity planning and forecasting to achieve business objectives.
  • Optimise resources through effective planning processes and risk management.
  • Provide expert insight on demand, recruitment, and productivity trends.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and promote collaboration.
  • Analyse data and processes to recommend improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Support change initiatives and coach teams on planning best practice.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Experience in forecasting and capacity planning, including “what-if” modelling, in high-volume people environments.
  • Experience planning for specialist teams across multiple sites and complex, customer-focused operations.
  • Proven ability to apply planning processes and use workforce management tools.
  • Skilled in analysing large, complex data sets to drive business solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Able to influence decisions at all levels.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with a track record of delivering operational planning outputs.
  • Knowledge of FCA regulations.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including external partners and suppliers
