Boeing’s Facilities Maintenance (FM) organization is currently seeking a Senior Facility Maintenance Analyst to join our Facilities Management Center of Expertise (FM CoE) team in North Charleston, South Carolina.

In this role, the Maintenance Analyst will play a critical role in supporting operational excellence within the FM CoE. This position supports defining organizational-wide metrics, standards, processes, training, communication, technology integration, dashboards and data analytics that support overall FM operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Metrics & Standards Development: 

    • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks applicable across all FM functions and regions

    • Establish and maintain FM standards and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery aligned with GREF policies

  • Process Management:

    • Document, standardize and continuously improve FM operational processes enterprise-wide

    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Training & Communication:

    • Develop enterprise training curricula and materials aligned with FM standards and processes

    • Manage internal communication channels to ensure clear, consistent messaging and effective change management

  • Technology Integration:

    • Evaluate, select, and oversee implementation of FM software and technology platforms that support enterprise operations

    • Ensure interoperability, data integrity, and compliance with GREF IT policies

  • Dashboard Creation & Data Mining:

    • Design and maintain real-time dashboards providing visibility into FM performance metrics for enterprise leadership and regional stakeholders

    • Perform data mining and advanced analytics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill / Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics

  • Experience with process flows

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity

  • Experience in a role that required excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate with and influence people from varying backgrounds, including members of senior leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

  • Experience in a role that required project management skills, training, and a focus on data-driven decision-making

  • Experience with CMMS systems and data analytics tools
