What you’ll achieve

As an amPHI (Ambulance Electronic Prehospital Record Solution) Solution Support Consultant you will be part of our highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare environment.

Working with an extended vastly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector. 

You will:

  • Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis and resolution. Problem / Defect identification and categorisation
  • Deliver quality task (incident and problem) resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions and effectively manage within contracted service level timeframes / targets.
  • Provide functional and technical advice and knowledge, both internally and externally, pertaining to Dedalus Medication management solutions.
  • Develop a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth
  • Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hour support of incidents

Essential Requirements  

  • 4 + years’ experience in the following:
  • Service Desk L2 / L3 support of applications pertaining to healthcare or similar
  • Providing functional and technical support for healthcare IT systems
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal communications
  • MS SQL read and write experience

Desirable Requirements   

  • Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Understand of interfacing and HL7 messaging
  • Microsoft Server Admin Experience
  • System Integration & Data Flow
