Your role at Clorox:

Responsible for managing and executing the customer business plan with club channel in China. support club channel core business and NPD plan to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. The role will also support trade marketing and eCom sales team to develop eCom AMPS execution plan.

This role will work cross-functionally to deliver against the plan and is responsible for successful execution with the club and eCom customers.

In this role, you will:

1. Club Channel Customer Management - 35%

  • Account Management & Business Development
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication and relationships with key customers.
  • Develop annual business plans to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support product expansion initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and propose actionable business solutions.
  • Sales Operations & Coordination
  • Oversee order management, supply coordination, and inventory alignment.
  • Work closely with finance teams to handle monthly/quarterly reconciliation and payment follow‑up.
  • Track promotional activities, pricing, and product status to ensure execution accuracy.
  • Handle routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operation.

2. AMPS Execution & Clorox Sales Strategy Implementation - 15%

  • Execute Clorox AMPS standards at store level to achieve excellence and meet performance targets.
  • Adapt and implement club channel strategies to align with customer goals.
  • Analyze sales data and market dynamics to uncover opportunities and develop actionable plans.

3. Club/eCom Channel Project Support - 30%

  • Provide daily internal support for club channel initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Responsible for club channel and eCom customized activity execution, and channel new product charter.

4. eCom trade marketing Support - 20%

  • Manage eCom content to gate keep and align with marketing content guideline.
  • Internal cross function communication like Marketing, RA, QC to deliver eCom platform support needed (campaign mechanism, certification, test report, FAQ etc.)

What we look for:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 5 years sales experience in multinational FMCG company, preferably in KA management, eCom trade marketing or customer marketing relative.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently to run a project and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
