First Quality is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Summer 2026 Intern to support market analysis, product launches, and content development initiatives across our Absorbent Hygiene categories. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in competitive analysis, contribute to product launches and digital content creation and play a key role in monitoring consumer sentiment and competitor activity. As a Marketing Intern, you will collaborate cross-functionally, develop actionable insights, and present your findings to the marketing team—making a tangible impact on First Quality’s brand and product strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop knowledge of Absorbent Hygiene categories (e.g., diapers, incontinence products) and catalog competitor product claims, pricing, pack sizes, and promotions through SKU-level retail audits.
Assist in launching new and upgraded private brand products at key retailers, including developing digital content, marketing materials, and compiling product kits and assets for sales and marketing teams; organize and support internal launch meetings.
Develop digital marketing plan to optimize online retail experience across key categories to increase awareness and sales.
Create catalog of approved claims and icons available for each of the three AbHy categories in central location to be accessed by the entire team
Audit physical packaging and PDP content across key accounts, assessing visual impact, messaging clarity and competitive differentiation; deliver actionable recommendations to improve discoverability, shelf presence and conversion

By the end of this internship, the Marketing Intern will:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Absorbent Hygiene market, including product categories, consumer needs and competitive landscape.
Develop skills in market research, competitive analysis and consumer insights.

The ideal candidate should possess the following education/experience:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Prior coursework in marketing, market research or consumer products is required.
Prior internships are preferred but not required.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) required.
Experience with digital marketing tools, social listening platforms or data analysis is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Interest in consumer products and brand marketing.
