We are looking for a Research Fellow to conduct innovative research in biomedical manufacturing, contributing to the design, fabrication, and characterization of advanced biomaterials and biofabricated systems. The role will focus on developing and optimizing manufacturing strategies for biomedical applications, and supporting translational efforts toward healthcare and clinical solutions. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary research team and conduct research work to contribute to the overall mission of the University as a great global university founded on science and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform scientific experiments to test research hypotheses

  • Conduct analyses of results and documentation of project updates

  • Contribute to academic publications, project reports and presentations

  • Mentor junior research staff and graduate/undergraduate students

Job Requirements:

  • A PhD degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Physics or related areas

  • Basic knowledge and experimental skills in cell biology

  • Strong expertise in advanced manufacturing

  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team

  • Good track record of publications

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills for research work
