London, United Kingdom Full time

About the Role

Shape how leaders learn, grow, and show up across a truly global organization.
ERM is looking for an experienced Global Learning Facilitator who thrives at the intersection of virtual facilitation, learning design, and leadership development. This role is central to bringing ERM’s global leadership and career development programs to life—engaging colleagues across regions, cultures, and career stages through high‑impact virtual learning experiences.

If designing meaningful learning moments, facilitating dynamic virtual rooms, and helping people grow excites you, this role gives you the scale, autonomy, and influence to do just that.

Why This Role Matters

At ERM, learning is a strategic lever. This role ensures our leaders and future leaders are supported with engaging, inclusive, and practical learning experiences that strengthen capability, connection, and performance across the business. Your work directly supports how ERM develops talent globally—at scale and with consistency—while still meeting diverse local needs.

What Your Impact Is

  • Enable senior leaders and early‑career colleagues to learn, reflect, and grow through best‑in‑class virtual experiences
  • Elevate the quality, consistency, and impact of ERM’s global leadership and career development programs
  • Foster psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, curiosity, and real behaviour change
  • Translate business and leadership themes into engaging, learner‑centred virtual content

What You’ll Bring

Required

  • 5+ years of professional facilitation experience, including at least 2 years delivering fully virtual learning
  • Proven ability to facilitate audiences at varying levels of seniority, including senior leaders
  • Strong experience designing, developing, and adapting leadership and career development content
  • Deep understanding of adult‑learning principles and learner engagement techniques
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual facilitation tools
  • Strong facilitation presence, communication, listening, and observation skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to read and respond to virtual group dynamics
  • Solid business acumen and curiosity about ERM’s global context
  • Strong time‑management skills and experience working across regions and time zones

Valued skills and experience

  • Formal facilitation certification (e.g., ATD, ICA, or similar)
  • Consulting or professional services experience
  • Exposure to learning program operations, coordination, or program management
  • Coaching experience or training
