About the Role
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of a particular area of the business on either full-time or part-time basis, with the aim of learning practical knowledge of the business area, the company and the industry* Support the successful rollout of the revised Deployment Program by establishing a structured monitoring and reporting framework during its initial implementation phase
* Provide data-driven visibility on BSE participation, progress, completion, and early outcomes to inform continuous improvement of the program
In Scope Deliverables
o Monitoring framework for the Revised Deployment Program (metrics, definitions, data sources)
o Learning analytics dashboard or reporting template (e.g., Excel / Power BI / LMS export-based)
o Monthly monitoring reports (summary insights, trends, risks, and recommendations)
o End-of-project insights deck highlighting:
- Participation and completion trends
- Early effectiveness indicators
- Key gaps and improvement opportunities
Out of Scope Deliverables
o Program redesign or curriculum development
o Policy changes related to deployment
o Advanced predictive modeling beyond available data
o Direct facilitation or delivery of training sessions
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

- Apply learning analytics principles to a live business program
- Translate business objectives into measurable learning metrics
- Build basic dashboards and structured reports for decision-making
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders
