[What the role is]
You will be working in the School of Health and Social Sciences providing administrative support to the school.
[What you will be working on]
- Manage the day-to-day operation of SHSS front counter.
- Contact and follow-up with students on relevant administrative or academic related matters.
- Coordinate, organise and manage course-related meetings and student briefings.
- Support checking of students’ statement of absence.
- Assist with coordination of maintenance of furniture in T&L facilities and staff rooms
[What we are looking for]
- Diploma in any related field
- Relevant administrative or front counter experience will be an advantage
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role or education related role.
- Strong people skills
- Service-oriented mindset in supporting academic and operational stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
