Our lab is seeking to hire a responsible researcher who can carry out latest AI research for active noise control. We are looking for a meticulous researcher who is familiar with acoustic signal processing and edge AI and able to translate research results into proof-of-concept prototypes that can be showcase to the industry. His/her role will focus on acoustic measurements, data collection, AI coding and real-time implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
To conduct comprehensive acoustic measurements, build datasets for AI supervision
Integrate signal processing into physics-informed AI models
Optimize and deploy them on edge hardware for real-time processing
Validate their feasibility through experiments, and publish the research findings.
Job Requirements:
A Master’s in acoustic signal processing or a related field
At least 3 years of hands-on research experience, familiarity with ISO/ITU standards
Strong communication skills, proficiency in Python, acoustic measurement and analysis, competence in visualization, LabVIEW and C programming
Ability to work independently, manage tight timelines, collaborate effectively, and build rapport with stakeholders.
