What will you do?

We are seeking a proactive Quality Engineer to monitor and enhance the quality of our operational processes and outputs. Your responsibilities will include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, while determining corrective actions. You will collaborate with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.

How will you do it?

  • Develop and implement quality control systems.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide training for personnel on quality standards and best practices.

What are we looking for?

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Experience with tools such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English

Preferred:

  • Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
