Job Description:
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and supporting its future migration to ISO 9001:2026. This position focuses on quality system management, internal audits, supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will also provide coaching and training to teams and collaborate across departments to resolve quality issues.
Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Quality Management System (ISOQuest, DocuQuest, AuditQuest).
Plan and execute internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate supplier audits and evaluate performance.
Lead management reviews and ensure annual procedure updates.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality procedures and processes.
Manage documentation for ISO certifications and applicable standards.
Analyze data, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and propose preventive/corrective actions.
Provide coaching and training to teams on quality processes and standards.
Collaborate with internal areas (manufacturing, engineering, purchasing) to resolve quality issues.
Participate in Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) events and suggest process optimizations.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
3–5 years of experience in quality and manufacturing.
Solid knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
Certification as Internal Auditor.
Experience in root cause analysis and nonconformity management.
Experience in dimensional inspections and instrument calibration (preferred).
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
Lead Auditor desirable
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
