Responsibilities:
* Complete service scope of technical tasks/orders
* Supports domestic customer online and onsite technically, in case of heavy failures.
* Involve in technical design and developments for service offerings
* Support service order administration, creating partlist and making drawing
* As technical support, work out solution for repetitive failure
* Provide technical support for in house and site repair.
* Technical support for customer training in terms of gearbox maintenance
* Responsible for solution provide to support gearbox upgrade for service sales
* Good communication with HQ colleagues in service engineering department.
* Very good team-working
Requirements:
* 3or more years of working experience as service design engineer is preferred
* Good English communication skill in both speaking and writing is preferred.
* Be familiar with gearbox structure design
* Be familiar with gear parts manufacture
* Be familiar with gear parts design methodology
* Be familiar with gearset failure analysis
* Be familiar with CAD/NX software
* Be familiar with gearset/bearing /shaft ISO standard.
* Being an expert in gearbox knowhow
