YOUR ROLE
In your daily job you will:
- Managing of personnel at different levels: operator, technician and engineer.
- Support product launches from pre-DV and DV (Desing Validation).
- Provide people and equipment resources to support proto/engineering builds.
- Quality Control Plan, Cycle time, DFMEA, Impact rescheduling Production Plan. Work In Process (WIP), 1st sample Process Validation (VP3), Product, components Drawing, layout and Process flow interpretation.
- Scheduling Priorities and deployed with operation Team.
- Forecast & proto production scheduling and reviews build readiness with Program Team.
- Work with Microsoft Office Excel, PPT and Word
- Knowledge of Prototype Engineering Productivity Suit.
- Follow up to ensure products are delivered on time to meet customer scheduling priorities.
- IATF / APQP and Document control.
- Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, Quality Deviations review, Escalations, etc.).
- Establish a system trigger Quality alarm and execute for a DV.
- Participate in all applicable Kaizen or Continuous Improvement.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 4-5 years' experience in automotive industry
- Basic Knowledge in next Process: SMT Surface Mounting Placement electronic components, Process of Automatic Optical Inspection, Reflow oven.
- Experience managing of personnel at different levels: operator, technician and engineer.
- Basic Knowledge in next Process: SMT Surface Mounting Placement electronic components, Process of Automatic Optical Inspection, Reflow oven.
- Traceability plan - product specific (FIS, SOW).
- Experience with control and production plan verification
- Quality Control Plan, Cycle time, DFMEA, Impact rescheduling Production Plan. Work In Process (WIP), 1st sample Process Validation (VP3), Product, components Drawing, layout and Process flow interpretation.
- Advanced English: written and spoken
