Who We Are


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide planning, prioritization, and delivery alignment across multiple organizations. This role is responsible for orchestrating quarterly release planning cycles, managing a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring effective intake, discovery, and resource alignment to support strategic business outcomes.  This role is critical in ensuring that the organization delivers the right work at the right time, with clear prioritization, strong governance, and efficient use of resources across the enterprise.

What You'll Do

Release Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end planning for 4 annual Agile release cycles, from initial intake through final commitment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional prioritization across business and technology teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive consensus on scope and resource commitments ensuring clear commitments across all stakeholders.

Strategic Planning, Capacity & Insights

  • Maintain a comprehensive portfolio-view of all active and planned initiatives.
  • Oversee resource capacity planning across four major competency centers during project Intake.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership to support decision-making.

Intake & Governance

  • Own and manage the project and enhancement intake process.
  • Coordinate assessment, estimation, and prioritization of incoming requests.
  • Facilitate governance forums and secure executive approval for new initiatives.

Discovery & Initiative Planning

  • Lead discovery efforts for technology initiatives, including defining scope, objectives, and high-level solution approaches.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to develop initial business cases, requirements, and delivery roadmaps.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as a central point of coordination across product, application teams, and business teams.
  • Drive alignment, communication, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a disciplined, scalable approach to planning and execution.
  • Executive‑level communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively to senior leaders.
  • Strong business writing, facilitation, and change management capabilities; able to guide organizations through process and operating‑model change

Budget & Financial Management

  • Manage weekly budget tracking across the portfolio of initiatives, ensuring accuracy of forecasts and actuals.
  • Work closely with delivery project managers to build and maintain budget plans for projects and enhancements.
  • Track spending against approved budgets, proactively identifying variances and in partnership with project manager, driving corrective actions.
  • Maintain ongoing visibility into budget consumption and remaining funds across initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular financial reports, highlighting spending, risks, and impacts on delivery.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; MBA or advanced degree optional.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management, including leadership of large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Proven experience in program management, portfolio management, or related leadership roles.
  • Strong background in release planning, intake governance, and cross-functional prioritization.
  • Experience in managing complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive executive-level decisions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with resource capacity planning and demand management practices.
  • Advanced working knowledge of program management and analytics tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio, portfolio management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and executive‑ready recommendations.
  • Experience working across multiple competency centers or shared services models.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, or similar delivery frameworks.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.

$119,000.00 - $186,000.00
