Are you an early-career procurement or analytics professional looking to deepen your experience in data-driven sourcing, performance management, and strategic insights? Prologis is seeking an ambitious and analytical Procurement Analytics Associate to support enterprise-wide procurement initiatives through data, reporting, and actionable insights.

In this role, you will partner with procurement leaders, category managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance visibility into spend, supplier performance, and sourcing outcomes. You will play a key role in building dashboards, conducting analyses, and supporting planning processes that drive better decision-making across the Procurement organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for turning data into insights. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working across a variety of categories and projects while building a strong foundation in procurement and analytics.

This role reports to the Director of Procurement Operations & Analytics and partners closely with internal stakeholders to support strategic planning, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across Procurement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting tools to track spend, savings, supplier performance, and key KPIs.
  • Analyze procurement data to generate insights that support sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and operational improvements.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes for the Procurement function.
  • Assist in tracking and validating savings initiatives, including reviewing and approving savings entries to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal methodologies.
  • Monitor and report on Procurement KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making across sourcing initiatives.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive reporting, supplier evaluations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting automation, data visualization, and analytics capabilities.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and other business functions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, supporting process optimization and performance management initiatives.

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, analytics, finance, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of sourcing and category management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with data sets, dashboards, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Understanding of procurement, sourcing, or financial concepts (e.g., spend analysis, savings tracking, KPIs).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field)
  • Experience supporting procurement analytics, performance management, or FP&A-related activities.
  • Exposure to process improvement or Lean principles.
  • Demonstrates willingness and capability to leverage emerging technology, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed. Exercises sound judgment, creative thinking, and accountability for outcomes

Hiring Salary Range of: $79,000 - $125,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
