Join Maxis as a Product Development Intern and gain hands-on experience in the development, testing, and operational support of innovative digital products and services. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Development team to support product testing, documentation, system updates, and process improvements. This internship offers valuable exposure to how new products are developed, validated, and launched in a fast-paced telecommunications environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Testing: Support end-to-end product testing in both staging and production environments to ensure functionality, quality, and readiness for launch.
Bill Call Waivers Management: Assist in managing bill call waiver requests and ensuring accurate processing in line with internal procedures.
Test Number Management: Create and maintain test numbers required for UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and PPV testing activities.
Documentation Support: Partner with Product Development team members to prepare and update Product Details Documentation (PDD) accurately and efficiently.
Template & Process Updates: Manage UMB template updates and support process enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Ethic: Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
