Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed cost savings, value creation and risk mitigation initiatives across complex supply chain categories
  • Lead sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations in line with procurement governance and delegated authority
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure service performance, continuity of supply and commercial outcomes
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, Warehousing, Export and Finance
  • Balance commercial and operational considerations to support reliable day‑to‑day execution
  • Monitor supplier performance and address risks related to continuity, compliance or service delivery
  • Contribute to procurement governance, audit and compliance requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems and ways of working
  • Build strong internal and external networks to support delivery and influence outcomes

About You

  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain roles within complex organisations

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver savings and commercial outcomes in delivery‑driven environments
  • Comfortable influencing and partnering with senior and operational stakeholders without direct authority
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building capability
  • Ability to operate across both commercial strategy and operational execution
  • Analytical and commercially astute, with sound judgement and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across multiple sites, with a willingness to spend time embedded with key operational stakeholders (including regular engagement at our IBL Laverton site)
  • Industry experience is flexible; procurement and supply chain capability is non‑negotiable
  • Experience with SAP and ARIBA is desirable

What We Offer

  • A senior, strategic procurement role with real delivery accountability and impact
  • Exposure to a broad and complex supply chain portfolio, including domestic and export operations
