Job Summary


HP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager, to drive Transformation, Automation and Process Efficiency projects in Supply chain planning process, Systems and tools, Master Data and Product data focused.

This Principal-level role leads the modernization of the global Supply Planning organization through structured transformation initiatives. The role defines the transformation thesis, translates modernization objectives into executable programs, and drives enterprise-level change across organization design, governance, process architecture, and digital enablement.

The mandate spans strategy formulation, transformation program design, and value realization, with measurable impact across service performance, working capital, and operational agility.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy & Roadmap Design

  • Define the Supply Planning modernization thesis, including problem framing, performance gaps, and quantified value levers.
  • Translate strategic priorities into a sequenced transformation roadmap with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
  • Structure initiatives across short-term stabilization, mid-term capability uplift, and long-term operating model evolution.

Planning Operating Model Redesign

  • Lead end-to-end redesign of the planning operating model, including decision rights, governance cadence, role clarity, and organizational structure.
  • Define structural shifts required to improve decision velocity, accountability, and cross-functional integration.
  • Establish governance models for S&OP and IBP modernization across regions.

Transformation Execution & Value Capture

  • Lead high-impact modernization initiatives from diagnostic through design and embedding.
  • Develop business cases, quantify financial impact, and track value realization against targets.
  • Oversee cross-functional workstreams spanning Planning, IT, Finance, and Regional Operations.
  • Identify systemic barriers to adoption and design change mechanisms to ensure sustained performance improvement.

Capability & Digital Enablement

  • Define required planning capabilities across analytics, automation, and decision science integration.
  • Ensure modernization initiatives are aligned with digital roadmap evolution without being IT-led.
  • Drive capability uplift programs to transition planning from transactional to insight-driven operations.

Executive Alignment & Governance

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on trade-offs across service, cost, risk, and inventory.
  • Facilitate executive forums to align stakeholders on modernization sequencing and investment decisions.
  • Establish transformation governance mechanisms to monitor progress, manage risk, and resolve structural conflicts.

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, transformation consulting, or operational leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operating model redesign and large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience structuring ambiguous problems and translating strategy into executable initiatives.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience delivering measurable value outcomes.
  • Experience in complex, global organizations preferred.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional

opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United

States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related

knowledge, skills, and experience.
