Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage both long-term and short-term production plans to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee material requirements planning (MRP), resolve exception messages, and ensure accurate order scheduling.
  • Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance, identify schedule gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Sales teams to align with customer demand and dispatch requirements.
  • Prepare annual sales budgets and production forecasts in coordination with SIOP, ensuring targets for production and sales are achieved.
  • Review orders, confirm with customers, and maintain optimal safety stock levels for uninterrupted operations.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in production planning, with strong knowledge of SAP PP.
  • Solid understanding of material planning and scheduling processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.
  • Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
