This position is located in Columbia, Missouri.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Handling payroll details like bonuses, employee deductions, and Loan Officer commissions.
Keeping track of debts with accurate charges and credits.
Double-checking payroll before and after processing to make sure everything is spot-on.
Staying in the know on payroll systems, timekeeping tools, and labor laws so we’re always on top of compliance.
Being the go-to person for Loan Officers when they have questions about their commissions.
Helping wrap up month-end tasks, including bank and general ledger reconciliation and commission accruals.
Supporting compliance efforts by tracking Employee and Loan Officer compensation for CFPB requirements.
Pulling together commission data as needed for state exams.
Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:
Details matter to you, and you’ve got an eye for catching the little things that make a big difference.

You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and love working as part of a team.
You’re comfortable with technology and can navigate basic computer systems with ease.
You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.

We always strive to provide friendly service to military homebuyers and their families. And we always seek to lift up people and communities across the country.
We’re so glad you’re here checking out this opportunity! If this role gets you excited but you’re worried you don’t check every box – don't sweat it.
