Platinum Technologies is seeking a Mission Trainer Team Lead to join our company.
This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI.
What you get to do.
- Qualified as a Senior Analytic Facilitator in Technical Exhibit 2. 5 years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences
- Lead mission training activities supporting INSCOM analytic and operational personnel, ensuring training aligns with mission requirements and operational priorities.
- Develop and maintain training curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials in accordance with TRADOC standards and Army training doctrine.
- Deliver instructor-led training, workshops, and mission rehearsals for military and government personnel across intelligence disciplines.
- Assess training effectiveness, collect participant feedback, and refine training programs to improve operational readiness and mission performance.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior instructors and analysts supporting mission training activities.
Requirements.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Intelligence Studies, Military Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum five (5+) years of experience developing and delivering training for military or intelligence personnel.
- Experience developing curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials in accordance with TRADOC and Army training standards.
- Demonstrated experience conducting instructor-led training, workshops, or operational exercises.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to instruct military audiences and intelligence professionals.
