Busy Bees at Crace is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our vibrant early learning service and lead our 3 Year Old Kindergaten Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher who is committed to inspiring young learners and creating engaging educational experiences.
Busy Bees at Crace is a welcoming and inclusive early learning centre located in Crace. Our service provides high-quality education and care for children, with a strong focus on play-based learning, curiosity, and building strong relationships with families and the local community.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You will support children’s development through meaningful learning experiences and help guide the teaching team to create a positive and engaging environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s learning and development
Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Supporting and mentoring educators within the room
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
Current Teacher Registration (ACT) or eligibility to obtain
Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check or willingness to obtain
Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Passion for high-quality early childhood education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
