Platinum Technologies is seeking a Dissemination Analyst Team Lead to join our company.
This role requires an active Top Secret/SCI.
What you get to do.
- Lead dissemination operations supporting by overseeing the timely, secure, and policy-compliant distribution of intelligence products across appropriate classification domains and mission partners.
- Provide leadership and task management for dissemination analysts, coordinating activities across intelligence planning, collection support, processing, analysis, and dissemination functions.
- Apply security classification, foreign disclosure, and releasability guidance to ensure intelligence products are shared appropriately with U.S., coalition, and partner organizations.
- Prepare and deliver operational briefings and dissemination updates to leadership and mission stakeholders to support situational awareness and decision-making.
- Qualified as a Senior Dissemination Specialist in accordance with Technical Exhibit 2, with four years of experience leading teams and managing subordinate personnel engaged in intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination activities.
- Experience making complex security classification determinations, including coalition and foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, and cross-domain information sharing.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing, drafting, and maintaining operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and producing reports that integrate text, graphics, and data visualization to communicate complex concepts. Strong understanding and application of metadata standards.
- Ability to instruct and collaborate with small teams on data and information requirements, facilitating coordination and effective task execution.
Requirements.
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum four (4+) years of experience supporting intelligence dissemination operations within DoD or the Intelligence Community.
- Experience applying classification guidance, foreign disclosure policies, and cross-domain dissemination procedures.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and coordinating dissemination activities across intelligence functions.
- Ability to prepare and present operational briefings and intelligence updates to mission stakeholders.
