Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in Production Planning – MPS (Master Production Schedule), Component‑level Planning – MRP, Supplier Planning, Logistics & Inventory Management, including obsolete inventory reduction, Procurement Planning (P2P)
Hands‑on experience with NPI (New Product Introduction)
Proficiency in using ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or any equivalent platform.
Team management experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with medical equipment, specifically X-ray and CT (Computed Tomography) systems.
Experience in Program management for both NPI's and Transfers
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to analyze issues, make sound decisions, and drive resolution
Demonstrated capability to document, plan, communicate, and execute programs effectively
